Recipe – Haddock & poached egg

This is a quick and simple meal suitable for food combining (protein), the Keto Diet, FODMAP diet and Blood Group O diet. Poach haddock in a little milk for three minutes, cook washed spinach in microwave (cover, no added water). Poach an egg and pile on top. Toast or new potatoes can be added for a more substantial meal and if no particular diet is followed.
